Battery level 0%, doesn't charge
Hello everyone,
I have a Dell Vostro Laptop bought in March 2021. The laptop stopped charging the battery after a cold night staying in the car. I have tried with different charger, result is the same. The battery icon on desktop says "it is charging (0%" however the charge level does not change.
I did not get any error-warning messages before and there is no error- warnings now.
I have run some test from bios setup screen and the battery health seems excellent and there is no error- message. I have attached the setup screen photos. As seen in photos charge cycle is very low for this kind of a battery to create health problems.
I don't think battery is detoriated, however there are some calibration or a setting issue due to low charge level and cold effect.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Ilker

battery might be damaged. You might need to get a new one. Is it still under warranty?
