Dell Dock WD19
Hello,
I have a dell vostro 5320 and recently purchased a wd19 docking station. I am trying to connect through the docking station to 2 external monitors.
I checked the compatibility chart and the dock should work with my laptop, but it doesn't see the 2 monitors at all.
I have updated firmware and bios.
Monitors work when they are directly connected to the laptop.
Any advice?

Which port (thunderbolt/USB-C) are you using to connect the dock, and is this a WD19T or WD19S docking station?

Hello, thankyou for the response.
It just says it is a WD19. I checked on the bottom of the dock and also via the service tag.
There are 2 ports on my computer and I have tried both. But I thought the correct port to use is the one with the lightning bolt symbol?

The service tag should indicate whether it's the Thunderbolt version (which you do want) or the non-Thunderbolt USB-C version (which may work with lower resolution monitors, but won't with two high-res monitors).

Hi there,
It just notes Dell Dock WD19 as per below. Are you saying this model is unable to show monitors at all?
It is just for working from my work laptop so I am not too worried about the resolution at this point. Just trying to get it to show a picture at all.
