I have Dell Vostro 5415 model.
I upgraded my BIOS and but still I don't find the option of thermal management in Dell power manager.
Could someone help?

Unfortunate Dell doesn't list any Chipset (Thermal Management) driver in your Dell Product Support page.
Support for Vostro 5415 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US
Keep in mind, some Dell computers doesn't support thermal management settings therefore, Thermal Management feature will not be available in the Dell Power Manager application.
