Dell Vostro 3400 with 2.67 gigahertz Intel Core i5 M 480 processor - Need SSD drive options
Hi,
Needed SSD storage drive options for my Dell Vostro 3400 2.67 gigahertz Intel Core i5 M 480 processor in perfect condition. Wanted to refurbish and give it to my 10-year old.

Can you please suggest the best possible SSD drive options ( read/write speed is important) that are compatible with this model & processor.

The only thing you can do is replace the hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD -- and this is an older, SATA 3G/s system, so you will see half the speed that a newer system can deliver with the same type of drive.
Yes, it will outperform a spinning drive -- but because the system is older, you won't see the maximum possible read/write speed from the SSD (all of which are 6G/s).
