I had keypad issues on my laptop, some keys are not working, can i claim this on warranty?

If the system is less than 1 year old then call Dell tech support. But if you did not purchase an extended warranty and the system is over 1 year old then there would be a charge for repairs. The alternative would be to have a local qualified PC shop that you trust, do the repairs.
