Dell vostro 3568 processor fan not working
Dell vostro 3568 processor fan not working. I try diagnose laptop boot time but diagnose time processor fan working and restart laptop fan is not running. I try flash BIOS i download BIOS software from dell and install but problem is same.Start any game FAN is running. What's issues in my laptop ?

The fan will only spin after the mainboard sensor (thermistor) hits a temperature setpoint - this is completely normal.
The diagnostics command the fan ON to test it, which is why it spins while running the diagnostics.
