Thank you, I solved this problem by placing original ssd to second slot and new SATA ssd to the first slot. It works, but I have to change boot options in BIOS as well.
Can you tell me what the part number is for that WD Blue SSD that you added to your Vostro? I thought it wouldn't recognize the second SSD. Are you having any issues since your swapped the drive slots and changed the boot options in the BIOS?

If that's a SATA drive, it's the problem -- this model supports only NVMe/PCIe drives -- not SATA.
