Dello Vostro 3500 with Kali Linux/Ubuntu
Dear All,
I have newly purchased Dell Vostro 3500 with 8 GB RAM, Core i5 10th Gen Processor, 256 GB SSD (Windows 10 Home) and 1 TB HDD.
I want to install Kali Linux/Ubuntu LTS on HDD and to let Windows 10 on SSD as it is. For that, I have turned off the secure boot and I am able to boot the USB drive. However, I am not able to see the 1 TB HDD Partition while installing.
Can anyone suggest how to proceed in this case?

Since the system ships in RAID mode and UEFI enabled (and the system doesn't have a legacy mode), whatever distribution of Linux you want to run needs to support these. Verify with your distribution publisher that it does, and realize that even if the distribution has UEFI support, you likely will have to build a custom install for your hardware set -- the pre-built ones very often do not support UEFI and RAID out of the gate.

Yes, I have done that research already. Ubuntu supports my model. However, it would be great if you can guide me on how to install it on my HDD (not on SSD) which doesn't show up while installing.
