Faulty Vostro 3400

I bought a new Dell Vostro 3400 laptop in November 2021 getting to January 2022 I started having issues with the new laptop, at first it started with the screen glitching it happened two more times and on February 8 2022 that was the day I used the PC last, it glitched and went off when I tried turning it back on all I saw was a blank screen and the cooling fan overworking like I could hear the sound which on a normal day makes no noise. The laptop is now in my cupboard collecting dust while I went back to my 11 years old Lenovo IdeaPad Y570. It really hurts me whenever I see the laptop. Am in Nigeria and here they don't respect Warranties or Guarantee so it's a cross for me to bear So I will love it if you guys really improve on your hardware's and cooling system, because am having a feeling that it a fault from the processor. To clear the air I wasn't using the PC for any intensive work I only had two programs installed on it which was vscode and pycharm which I used for python development.
