Graphics Glitches on Dell Laptop

I need some serious help with my Dell laptop. Randomly, my screen flickers like a disco party, with colors going haywire and weird pixelated artifacts popping up all over the place. I've tried updating drivers and even performed a clean reinstall, but the problem persists. Any ideas on how to fix this and restore my laptop.
