Hard Drive 0 - S/N W3PPF2CA, incorrect status = 3E

Hello

I have a Dell Vostro 14-5459 and about two weeks ago it went into Windows repair loop. Now I tried to install a new Windows but an error occured. It says Hard Drive 0 - S/N W3PPF2CA, incorrect status = 3E.

Service Tag :

Error Code : 2000-0151

Validation : 92884

If I tried to put this information to https://supportassist.dell.com then it said that there is some kind of an issue and I should try again later. I have tried this for hours now, but I still get the same issue.

Can you tell me if I can solve this problem on my own somehow and if yes then how? Or do I have to buy a new hard drive for my computer?

He has laptop with 7mm 2.5 inch SATA hard drive.

Then you need to buy a new hard drive and Reinstall Windows 10.

all drives die, non last forever, and many die at 5years ) (google HDD bath tub life curve and believe it) every drive has spare sectors and if they run out, the SMART brain tells you that. and did. so the cure is, a new HDD or better SSD (way way better) and load w10 fresh. no idea what PC you have, nor if will run w10 but there is my answer. the only tricky bit is COA licensing. if running MS windows. what OS you have and how bought Ive no idea.
