Hinge broken- manufacturing defect

My vostro 3520 laps hinges are broken which is clearly a manufacturing issue. There is mo mishandling or any other manual damages from our side.As a result of the hinge damage one side of th display is also The service centre clearly said that these are common compliants in cold climate. My warranty is only just over(01.10.25). So as this is a manufacturing defect and not a result of user issues from my side, ai request the company to kindly consider this as a goodwill warranty and repair my laptop in free of cost.
