Welcome to the Dell Community @LealCP
1. CPU: Core i7-3520M
https://www.cpu-upgrade.com/CPUs/Intel/Core_i5_Mobile/i5-3210M_(PGA).html
Not very easy to replace.
2. Memory: 2x8GB 16GB Total
3. SSD: 1TB or 2TB
Depends on your storage needs and how much you can afford???
Dell Vostro 3560 Owner's Manual:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/vostro-3560/docs
The only thing left would be your WiFi???
Maybe Intel 6235 would be a good choice.
Best regards,

This is great, thanks! But i have 2 questions more:
1. must it be a specific RAM or can it be of any type?
2. Does the ssd drive also need to be a specific model?

@LealCP
To be safe I would go with PC3L-12800S.
I like Samsung, Micron or SK Hynix memory.
Most people recommend the Samsung Evo series SSD's.
Regards and good luck,
