Jack Mic " not plugged in"
I have read the previous discussions of this problem which was " resolved" by not using the headphone jack and using a USB port instead. My earbuds don't have a USB connector.
Furthermore, the headphones/earbuds work if they are plugged in before the computer is turned on. The device manager tells me the latest update is installed. Today, I received Dell updates as well.
Hoping there is a solution.
