KEYBOARD KEYS STOPPED WORKING
Vostro 7620
Hello everyone, some keys on my Vostro 7620 (like 1, 2, 3, T, etc.) have stopped working. Sometimes they start working again, but the issue keeps coming back.
I ran the BIOS diagnostics, but no errors were found.
Has anyone experienced something like this?

Boot to the Dell diagnostics (F12 at powerup).
Do the keys pass the interactive test (you need to press each key)?

Hi, I'm sorry, I lost this thread.
The keys doesn't pass the interactive test
Now, I'm receiving the following message :
CABLES - CHECK THE FOLLOWING CABLE, JUMPER, CONNECTION, POLYFUSE OR SENSOR KEYBOARD

Does any one knows what's that cable to code to buy another one?
