My system support Backlit Keyboard ?
Hi,
Does my system support backlit Keyboard ?
System I am using it have normal keyboard but on this site it is mentioned that Backlit Keyboard : Yes.
Sales team asked to connect with Dell's exclusive store for quote.

Power-on the system and start tapping the F2 key to enter System Setup.
Hold down the” Windows “key and tap the “R “key.
Then type msinfo32 and hit enter.

Dell's exclusive store asking to contact customer care
Dell service center asking to connect customer care
When calling customer care they are asking to contact Exclusive store
