My Vostro needs help.
Vostro 1450 N series
I pressed the power button. The big and heavy machine does not load anything on the screen and the fan just runs. Sometimes a Dell logo appears but then it disappears, but the backlight is still on. I tried pressing F2, but white and color lights starts to appear. F12 is the same but Fn, boy, the screen flashed diffrent colors along with stripes. Sometimes it beeps 5 times, sometimes 7. I really need help.

5 beeps is a reserve/CMOS battery error. Seven is a bad CPU or mainboard (the latter more probable).
You can try a system reset (remove battery, hold power button 30 sec), remove and replace the memory module(s) and drive -- then reassemble and check again. Spending any money replacing parts on a system that's in its teenage years should be evaluated in light of the value of the system (under $50) and in view of the fact that newer, complete working systems can be had for not much more than that.
