No acknowledgement nor order confirmation
I have ordered a dell vostro 3590 laptop through dell website on 22/08/2020 via guest log-in but I didn't received any order acknowledgement nor any order confirmation though the money has been deducted from my bank account.
Also I didn't get any customer number to check the order details. What should I do now?

I'm unable to view the message from our end. However, I request you to delete the image due to security of your personal details and reply to my private message with the transaction ID so that can help.

Please send us a private note with the transaction details if the money was debited for the purchase.

Can you provide me an email id where I can send the bank account statement as when I am trying to post the transaction details here, it is getting deleted as being marked as spam.
