No Order Number since 15 days
I have ordered a Dell Vostro Laptop online on Dell India website on 8th Aug.
The delivery date at the time of order was 11-17 Aug 2020. I never received any Order No. With the seemingly high call volume I am not able to reach the order department even after holding for hours.
I dropped an email on the concerned team on 17th Aug, however there has not been any response to the email as well. After paying 37K+, I am not even getting any updates on the status of the order.
I have run out of options to deal with the Dell delivery team since they are not responding through any channel.
Is there something typical with Dell Laptop delivery?

If you haven't received confirmation, the order either never went through, or was cancelled.
You may want to contact your credit card company to see what they have to say.

I'm sorry about the late response caused due to spike in volume. This is not the experience I would want you to go through. Let me write to the regional team to look into this for you. In the meantime, I request you to private message us the transaction ID, registered owner's name and email ID for the record.
