Not able to install windows 10 or 11
No Device Driver were found...make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers. Then click OK.

You did not specify which exact model you have. But assuming this is your problem the video should help. Also try using the flashdrive in another USB port.

So the question still is does it have anything to do with my first reply that a device driver is needed (related to installation on an M.2 SSD) and have you gone to the linked video?
And the Vostro 3000 is a series and not an exact model number. Can you please post the exact model number?
