Quotation marks (Alt Car + Z ou X)

I understand you have a physical French Canadian hardware keyboard. But, is your keyboard language (in Windows settings) set to "French (Canada)"? I think that may be necessary.

Have you tried this?:

Hold the Right Alt key (the Alt key to the right of the spacebar), or possibly Shift and Right Alt, and the Z or X key. I

Tried that. AtlGr (or Alt Car) + Z ou X gives not output. I am using the French Canadian Keyboard. Look at the video for all the details. Thanks

My physical Keyboard is bilingual as you can see on the picture. My default Windows setting for my Keyboard is French (Canada). All other keys are working with the AtlCar combo. Only the Z and X give not input.

Shift and Right Alt, and the Z or X key doesn’t work. I have tried all possible key combinations without any result
