Security concern - brand new laptop

received today brand new laptop, set it up and investigated some settings and logs. First - OS was using network discovery with autoconfiguration??, second network adapter Internet connection sharing is enabled and grayed out??, third found this event log:

is Dell setting up ports for remote control and why would I need that? No additional app is installed, out of box OS Windows 11, 22H2
