Ssd for vostro 3590
Hello, sorry for my English.
I want to buy a vostro 3590 with intel core i5-10210u and optical drive and i have some questions.
I don't understand why it is a storage limitations for ssd-512GB. Why i can't use a 1TB ssd? And, from their manual i didn't understand if the ssd is m.2 2230 or 2280 PCIe or mSATA
Thank you

Dell has not tested the system with larger drives. It does not mean you cannot use larger, just that Dell has not done testing with larger. In fact if you go to the Crucial page you will see that you can use up to a 2 TB 2.5" SATA SSD. Or up to a 1 TB M.2 2280 NVMe/PCIe SSD. That page is here.

I have a Dell Vostro 3590 (3 years old) and I need to replace its hard drive and ssd due to risk of failure.
Any suggestions on how to proceed and through which retailers?
