Thouchpad scroll
Hi. I have a new dell vostro 3490, and I cant figer out how to activate the scroll on the touchpad. I tride to look in settings-touchpad, but the only option there is the sensetivity. I also look for a driver that will solve the problem, but enything I have downloaded helped.

I'm having the same issue, every time I try to scroll down or up, the pointer does not move and no scroll happens,

I have the same issue on my business laptop, Vostro 3590. No touchpad settings except sensitivity. Cannot scroll any page with touchpad. This is so annoying!
