upgrade Graphic system
Hello Everyone,
I recently bought a Vestro 15 5510 lap top with NVIDIA GeForce MX 450. This cannot support design software like Endscape. Is it possible to upgrade the graphic system?

You will need to call Dell customer support to initiate a return. I have no idea where in the world you're located, so use the Dell website there to see what's available for sale.
Something like the one below would easily run what you need it to.

The processor is 11th Gen Intel Core i7 11370H @ 3.30GHz (8 CPUS) , 16 MB Ram

No, it's not. If "recently" means less than 30 days ago, return the system for a refund, and re-order.
This software needs a Precision mobile workstation with as fast a GPU as you can afford -- it's not going to run on a Vostro/Inspiron budget system, as you see.

I am happy to refund. I have purchased it less than 30 days ago My order No.:876930185 Delivery date 05/07/2021 and invoice date is 06/07/2021 . I am happy to buy a system to cover my requirements. Please let me know how to refund and what offers are available for Precision mobile workstations.

Hi,
Why are you asking other people to do the work for you. Look it up your self on the dell website it is not that difficult to do.

I have contacted technical support and it is booked to pick up the laptop for return on Monday.
Would you please let me know to reset the factory setout. Do I need to uninstall the application one by one or there is a faster solution?
