Vostro 15 3000, overheat

Hello,

I bought a Dell Vostro 15 3000 6 months ago from Egypt. I thought to be first hand new. But I found that it warranty in the Dell site was expired. So how can I confirm my purchase and how can I get it?

The Second question is that it gets extremely hot by default. I use it in air conditioned room but the minimum temperature is 50. And it reaches 70 within minutes despite the light app I use. So the fans get really noisy and can't manage that high heat. So what is the problem and how can I solve it?
