Vostro 3400

We have had problems with this computer from the beginning. When we ran out of ideas on how to fix it ourselves, we called support. They would not replace it, but did send someone out. He replaced the mother board. It worked while he was there, then 30 minutes later, it glitched again. Someone else came out and replaced both mother board and hard drive. I also had to stay on the phone an hour to be talked through another fix. The computer still has trouble starting if it is ever shut down.

We will NEVER buy another Dell computer.
