Vostro 5301 Constant Crashes
I purchased my laptop in Dec 2021 and have had many blue screens, instant re-starts and shut downs. Worked with Dell Support and reinstalled Windows 3 times, the tech replaced the motherboard 2x, the hard drive 3x. But I am still having issues. After the replaced hard drive, Window's system setting says my computer is now a Precision Tower 3402 not a Vostro laptop (which it should be) yet the bio says it is a Vostro laptop. All the parts used in the repair have been refurbished parts. So, now my new laptop is essentially patched up system with used, previously broken and repaired parts. There is something wrong with the laptop and I feel Dell should just either refund me or replace the laptop with a new one. By the way, I have been a Dell customer for over 30 years and never had any problems like this. My Inspiron laptop and Precision tower that are over 20 years old are still running without issues today.
