Vostro 5390
Hi all, I am hoping that someone will help me clear my doubt. I just bought Vostro 13 5390 and it has got two vents at the back, next to hinges. The left side vent is covered with a black mesh while the right side vent is exposed and has no wire mesh. It seems the left side is air intake while the left side may be outtake. But why have only side covered with aesthetic mesh and leave other exposed? Is it the intentional or could it be a missing component?

It is similar to your air filters on the heating system in your house--intake has filters to keep the dust and particles out. They should not be on the output vent.
