Vostro 5402, hinges broken, #3

In my laptop, the hinge was damaged and the matrix housing was cracked. This model is a known problem. But you can see that everyone was treated the same. The laptop is used stationary, opened only to the minimum angle that allows you to press the start button and closed because it has an external monitor connected. Nevertheless, Dell does not feel responsible for its warranty repair. They claim it was the fault of the user who tried too hard to open the display cover: "In response to your questions, information about the maximum opening angle of laptops is available at Identifying the maximum possible opening of the lid of a Dell notebook". How to fight a producer whose arguments make no sense?
