Vostro 5502 no sound

Hi, I have a Vostro 5502 and I have no sound from speakers or from the earphone jack it says there are no output devices I have tried to install a few different drivers and did the hardware test from the bios and it says there is no issue there is no Realtek device in device manager or anything showing under other for device manager I am running windows 11 at this time i did try to re-install windows 10 with no luck any ideas? maybe be the board with the sound card on it can it be replaced?
