vostro 7500 hello face recognition

brand new vostro 7500

windows hello fingerprint works

but windows hello face says "we couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face"

in device manager (and in BIOS) i have a single integrated camera with Microsoft driver 10.0.19041.488 (21/6/2006).

wbiosrvc starts automatically and is running

Could you please direct me to the driver that is necessary to install i cant find it on any website will windows 10 search for it automatically ?

It would be of great help if you could tell me what the driver is named or where I can find it

Have the same laptop. It does not support Face recognition
