Hi. Trying to upgrade my vostro 7620. Anyone know what compatible 32gig DDR5 works in this laptop? Crucial CT32G48C40S5 doesn't post on the laptop. Took it out, post just fine. I wore an esd strap and properly grounded when removed the RAM from the package and during install.
