Vostro HDMI issue

We have an issue with HDMI cable connect to our Vostro Laptop
We set our Vostro Laptop auto turn on 8am in the morning via BIOS setting and turn off at 11pm via task scheduler.
Our Vostro Laptop always connected using power cable.
We set our Vostro Laptop always the screen lid close and done set in Windows setting "When I close the lid" => Do nothing
If the Vostro Laptop connected using HDMI cable into the TV, the Auto turn ON will not working. We hear only fan running.
If the Vostro Laptop not connected using HDMI cable, the Auto turn ON working well.
We done and try change using other HDMI cable but the the result is same.
If we restart in the morning with the HDMI Cable connected - and the Lid open - The Vostro Laptop works well and the HDMI Cable works well.
Can you help me how to solve this issue?
