Vostro14-5468 fan problem
So my laptop was under heavy load and heating up too much without the fan ramping up the fan is still spinning just slowly.
So I restarted and went to diagnosis and was met with processer fan failed to respond correctly
Error Code : 2000-0511
Validation: :109371
I did diagnoses multiple times each cam up with different validations.

Press F2 and enter the bios. Reset the bios to defaults. If that does not resolve the error do the steps below.
Update the bios to see if that will resolve the error. If not, replace the processor fan.

Update I tried updating the bios but that did nothing. And I sent you a private message detailing the problem to a further extent but you don't seem to have seen it.anybody else who is willing to help.
