Webcam WB7022 Not detecting USB 3.0
I have the WB7022 and it is now not detecting USB 3.0. It does not work while connected to my WD19TB dock, nor directly to my laptop(Dell Vostro 7500). Both have USB 3 support. Dock firmware has been updated, all Dell updates have been performed via update manager. Webcam is connected with Dell-supplied USB cable that came in the box with the camera.

I've tried aither via my UD22 docking station, or directly connected to my Latitiude 7430, and neither port get it recognised as connected via USB 3.0. I've also tried it connected to the laptop with the dock removed (i.e. the only external peripheral) and it still wasn't detected. In all cases it was the child of the Superspeed hub in devicemanager, not the USB 2 "Generic Hub".
Is the problem that it is connected at SuperSpeedPlus (!0Gb)? And has a different code to SuperSpeed (5Gb)?
