What does this mean?

I don’t understand what the red rejected mark in the screenshot stands for. Could anyone explain it?

The post was rejected because the links are invalid and return, "This site can’t be reached". Also, any link that contains or is used to advance legalistic is not allowed on our Forum.

@DELL-ChrisM2
My friend in Seattle, WA — I heard you can access my site just fine on both mobile data and home broadband there. I’ve noticed a lot of visits from Indian IPs, but some people have told me they can’t reach the page. I’m not sure why that’s happening.
It seems our communication has been cut off from wider public view, which is fine by me as long as we can still talk effectively.
The site contains evidence of repeated buck-passing and false statements from Dell support teams. Your rep “DELL-Daniel V” actually confirmed those lies from the China-based support team during our exchange — you can find the full details on the site.

I am not sure what Seattle, WA means. I am in Texas. Daniel and I are only Forum managers. We cannot "work" your case. You have to go through the China based support team. If a link is not allowed by Dell IT through our Forum, it is removed.
