VPN status Unrecheable
Hello Guys,
I have an error in the vpn status between a 2 node cluster of vplex V6.2, when I perform a vpn status, I get the following:
"remote management server to ip address is not reachable"
Could you help me please.
Thanks

Hi,
Thank you for your question.
Was it working previously? Are both nodes reachable? Is the network equipment between the nodes working?
Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Is there any troubleshoting I can do at the network level and determine the vpn status error?
The certificate has not validated yet, but it may have something to do with my error?
Thanks

Are you able to reach each hosts IP? You can also try logging into the service account and running vpn status on each node.

Hello, thank you for your prompt reply,
If in fact there was a power outage in the datacenter, I raise all OK, but at the fiber link level is all OK, I understand that we do not reach the ip lan level, it may have something to do the certificates?
Thanks

The same error occurs on both nodes:
Ipsec is not up
Remote management server at ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. is not reacheable
But I ping from Node1 to Node2 and they answer from a pc in the same network, and in both of them I can login via web and ssh.

Can you reboot the nodes? Was this working previously?

In that case you should be able to regenerate the certificates and it should work.

I can't restart them! before the power outage which after that is the current status everything was fine, I checked the certificates and the VPN ones are expired, but the strange thing is that they expired in March!!! and until now we had no problems!
Thanks for your help
