Assigning one user to multiple VMs within a computer group
Hi,
In vWorkspace we can specify a single user as the persistent user for multiple VMs
as long as those VMs are in seperate groups, but is it possible at all (perhaps through
some workaround or setting) to set one user as the persistent user for more than one VM
within the same computer group?
Regards,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,
this is not possible as the user had no chance to choose a specific VM from that single group then. You need different computer groups and managed applications to achieve this.

Hi,
Thanks for the response guys.
Probably a rare case but was just wondering if it was possible to for
example allow a user to have 2 VMs perhaps having different specs
or to use for different purposes but still have them both be managed
within the same computer group.

Jeremy
