Are your Users Local admins?
If they have enough rights, you could easily have 2 VBscripts (1 per group) that runs at login and sets it to the appropriate setting.
Or the easiest option is to have 2 desktop groups, 1 for each group with the correct image for each.
I know it's only a tiny difference between the images but it's still a difference

Have you considered the option "Inherit auto-creation settings from client"
This should solve the problem for you

Yes. i now that will do the trick, but is there any option via Policys ?
Because your solution is that every user has to set his client for print settings, but we want to do this from adminnistrator side, so we can handle these settings..
