Yes this was a VM which was registed with vWorkspace Console and installed with PNTools , i got this issue sorted out. there was a VM which i accedentlly deleted from hyper-V console and i could not terminate it from vworksapce console. but with the help of Michel Roth i killed the VM from vWorkspace Console and removed Computer group. Removal of Computer group resumed creation of VM with old names too.
Thanks a lot all for help but still one question comes, if the VM was killed why it dint created another VM with same name until i recreated Computer group.

Was this template previously a VM that was registered in the vWorkspace console?

When you created the template did you register it in vWorkspace to install PNTools?
