GPO logon script or User Profiles order?

I'm trying to turn off cache mode for Outlook using regedit with a key I exported. The exported key works fine if I run it manually, but running it from the logon script in GPO does not work.

I also have a custom key for Outlook profile under vWorkspace Console -> User Profiiles.

Is is possible that profile is overwriting my logon script changes? Which runs first, my GPO logon script or the User Profiles from vWorkspace?
