MetaProfile -IT Configuration Issue

We have performed the right steps to configure however , after the configuration we are not able see any global folder inside the c:\metaprofile folder.

Here is the event log with warning information.

Server Server-Name is currently not specified as a MetaProfiles-IT storage server. It must be configured as a storage server, otherwise user profile settings will not be saved on logoff. Please refer to the MetaPtofiles-IT documentation for further information.

Debug information:

Database=ODBC;DSN=vWorkspace Database;UID=pnadmin;PWD=*********;. SQL:select BaseFolder,GlobalDataFolder,TCPPort from DMStorageServers where ServerName='Server-Name'.

Moreover , we have checked the entries inside the database which seems to be having correct information.

Please advice how to reoslve this issue.
