VDI 7.6 Win7 Cloud Mode on Hyper-v

Sometimes when a disconnected user connects to his desktop, the screen stay's on Welcome.......

Nothing happens, and the machine must destroyed or rebooted

Also sometimes it works fine, but most not.

Anyone the same problem, or any solution?
