Converting existing vxrail cluster to vxrail with VCF 5.0/5.1

There is an existing vxrail cluster with 4 nodes & these are 2-3yrs old. Now we would like to convert this vxrail cluster in to a consolidated vxrail with VCF architecture by adding 2 more nodes.  Please let me know whether it’s possible to make consolidated architecture or not

Also could you please share the vxrail with VCF 4.0 to 5.1 support matrix for the last 3 years to current vxrail appliance models
