help with correct windows 10 x64 version for run vxrail nim tool

Hello everyone,

I'm in need of some assistance in getting the vxail-nim tool to run correctly on my Windows 10 x64 build 19045.3324 system. Whenever I attempt to use the tool, I encounter an error message in the log, indicating that my system version is not supported.

I've also tried running the tool on a Windows 11 Pro machine and a freshly installed Windows Server 2019 OS. Additionally, I've updated the PowerShell version, but I'm still facing the same issue.

Can anyone provide guidance or a workaround to make this tool compatible with my systems?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

Are you using an English Version of Windows, sometimes other language versions don’t work properly. 19045.3570 and 19044.2570 may be worth trying.
