I want to login via ESRS to VxRail. the cli is working properly, but I cannot get to the VNC part of ESRS.

I Read this KB: 000303888

For some reason I cannot get a connection to any of my clusters.

the error I get is: connection closed by host system.

Is there a document of how to configure VNC for support?
