"MSN has encountered a problem. . .
Good day, all -
My Dell Inspiron 5100 often exhibits a dialog box,"MSN has encountered a problem and needs to shut down." When I click on either "Debug" or "Close," my laptop "freezes" so I must reboot to continue.
I contacted my ISP. They referred me to a "Microsoft Support Team" who told me my problem relates to the Registry and the MST referred me to Dell. I have cleaned my Registry to no avail. Since my Dell warranty has expired, I now look to some kind person in this Forum to provide a solution for this problem.

Im having the same problem, when I try to copy and paste a document to my email, Internet explorer must shut down and restart?
