2 administrator accounts in Vista Home Premium

My daughter has a Dell computer with Vista and of course her account is an administrator account. My granson set up his own account which he set with a password protected  administrator account and refuses to share with them. They suspect he's going places and downloading things he shouldn't be; so they want me to reformat & restore the computer back to factory condition. My question, is there a registry hack for Vista that will only allow 1 administrator account on a single computer? When I do this I'm going to use Acronis TI to do a disk image for future use, only way to fly.

The "Administrator" has to set up user accounts.  It sounds like the grandson was allowed access using your daughter's account to set up his own account.  When you rebuild the system, your daughter should set up a password for her account and  should set up his "limited" account without the administrator rights.

If it's not setup this way it will have the same problem after the reinstall.
