Accidently Deleted the "Boot to Utility"-Partition

I re-installed WinXP Media Centre yesterday. Accidently I deleted the "Boot to Utility"-Partition and now, always when I start up WinXP, a bluescreen appears.
Help is urgently needed, gna.

I asked for the Dell Windows XP Media Centre CD on the Support, and they sent it.

The deletion of the utility would not cause the BSOD.
After installing the OS, you have to install chipset drivers.
If you post your Dell specs, I bet someone will point you to Dell driver download page.
